A Matter of Opinion

You see, my opinion matters very little to anyone but me. It's required to aid my journey through life, as does that rumble in the pit of my belly. My words, thoughts, view points and objectives do not determine who I am rather they join forces with me, giving me the most bang for my buck, so to speak :)

I do not intend to perceive I'm more or less than anyone else. I'm just me. I like me; I like that about me.

I also have a difficult time with people who speak ill of so many others. Opinions, yeah they can come in handy, if asked about. However, we so freely give out an opinion without even regarding whether or not it's been asked for. Too bad society has come to think they know what is best for everyone else.

It's also too bad "news" is more about the negative. I dare a paper to come out with their heading in a positive manner every edition, for a year. Pffft, they couldn't do it. Could you?

I'm really too old, too tired and too caught up with making a fun, happy, smiling, laughter filled life to read about:

How evil women are.

Politics and why YOU could do better.

What bastards men are.

How police are deadly creatures imposing force upon unsuspecting, innocent people.

Why the stock market, PLUNGES to all time low.

Racism, white is the new black

In small doses, yes, reality is needed. As an obsession almost an OCD type rant is something I really don't want to, nor need to engage myself in. Especially, daily.

I'm a woman. I like fluffy, cuddly, nice thoughts. I've been plopped right into a life, living it isn't always a rose coloured sunglasses experience.

And so, I've decided, I'm in the middle of life right now. If you'd like to, please leave me a message. I wish you nothing but the most happiness :)

Thank you, come again!

Double Dip Back!

This is the "type" of swimsuit that catches my eye! The kind I can't wear! OY VEY! It's snazzy, dazzling shiny RED!

It ties behind the neck and with the low front, my breasts may sneak down to where my vagina currently holds awesome standing!

Sooooo, nopers it is :(

Ooooh, look they do make a swimsuit look damn tempting!

I love the colours together. White and black with a splash of pink, it's SO me. Yeah, and once it's wet, my nipples will be shown through the white section of the blasted bathing suit. GAWD!

Oh my heavens, I'm in love with this colour and pattern. How absolutely feminine and sexy and something I could wear!

I'm getting closer, if not right on the button, finally!!!

DING, DING, DING - I have found a winner!!!!!!!!!!

I can't believe I'm THIS excited over something so simple. I found a swimsuit I think I could live with, for now! It's called a "Double Dip Back" from Ugena.com. I like the full coverage breast area/under arm, the lower cut back, and straps NOT cutting off the circulation around my neck style!

NOTE TO SELF: KISS - keep it simple silly!

I think I believe in Santa again :)

It won't quite look THAT good on me. However, I'm cool with that.

It's one of my favorite colours, green. It's the style I've been searching for without knowing what it was I was indeed struggling to find.

And with a pair of shorts thrown on top, I'll be one cool and comfortable kid!
Yes, I ordered it!

March 2009

Combo month = March 2009

We've hit the (+) weather

and then
two days later we're back into the (-) weather
and
are due to return to (+) days ahead...
Yeah, I'm rambling.

I'm tired of hibernating.
I want sunshine.
And less than frostbiting blustery days.
I like the snow.
But hate the wind.
Spring needs to be sprung!

Tis March I suppose ;)

SWIMSUITS!

It's warmed up to a balmy -11C today!

Tomorrow, again, another okay day at -20C. As I dream of summer ahead. I'm also a bit unnerved about that darn bathing suit dilemma posed every freaking year!

I'm beginning early this year.

I am looking for a swimsuit, again. After countless hours of searching, online, in stores, etc. - last summer I found, NADA. Zip! Not one fit me correctly.

So, this year I'm determined and working ahead of the clock, mulling through catalogues, online shopping pages, stores...

I desperately want a new swimsuit!

  • No tie up around the neck - my breasts are too heavy...
  • Need at least a DDD cup size, if not larger...
  • I want something bold and bright, like a blue - green - pink!
  • And comfortable!

Any suggestions, go hard! I'm all ears... so to speak ;-)

PS. HAPPY SAINT PATRICK'S DAY!!!!

Shut The F Up!

Whine, complain, moan, belittle others...

Shut the f@ck up already!

Guess we all need something to drive us; too bad for some it's some imaginative phobia stemming from probably a - one - uni experience. A waste of time and energy. Hence why...

Snip, snap, snout this tale has been told out!

PEACE,

WW :)

Kids, Lazy?

So, today I was asked to instruct a grade 8 -9 -10 gym class, to give em a good workout, a BOOT CAMP workout! Yeah!

Wow, I'm shocked. Shaken up a little even. Not only was there a TOTAL lack of enthusiasm, the respect was little if not completely nil. I'm flabbergasted. And embarrassed that these young people could not even do a fraction of what was asked of them. Both gym teachers did the workout, sweating, puffing, WORKING HARD - whilst at least 60% of the class did whatever was needed to make it look like they were participating; putting less than the e in effort! The 35% didn't even disguise their disinterest. Now, there was about 5% that maybe tried, and it's a big maybe. Some, apparently don't even change clothes and workout in their daily attire. I heard a lot of excuses, sore shoulders, knee problems, etc. What the hell - 13 - 14 - 15 year olds... Suck it up already! Pfffft, ridiculous.

Wow, just wow.

However with all that I was forced to witness today. I'm extremely appreciative and proud of my four creatures. Active, polite, doing their best, ... I think it's a treat night! Blizzards for all! Yes, rewards are part of my equation in raising kids. I will relay to them, my travels - trials - tribulations from my learning experience today and thank them for doing what is correct - right - expect of them.

I'm still in shock, I think.

Wow.

WW ...

PS. Those "little fuckers" probably isn't the most politically correct way of addressing kids, huh? I shall try to refrain ;-)

Dropped Ball

I have as of recently dropped the ball with my links.

Apologies.

Please forgive me...

WW ;-)

Goals, Objectives, Focusing...

Okay, I admit it, I'm goal/objective focused.

As of recently, reading has been a strong passion of mine. I jump from one book right into the next. Delving into each novel with both feet, anticipating the authors words as they dance before my eyes, page after page...

I tend not to watch a lot of television. And when the balance meter on the scale upsets, I watch too much television. Mind numbing story lines, program after program.

When I eat, I keep eating. I love food!

I enjoy a sweaty exercise session and then another, and another...

You get where I am going with this, I hope. If not, put back on your helmet and continue to lick those windows!

So, where the hell is this going you might be about to ask yourself. Yeah, well, April is when my "Learn To Run" class begins. I was thinking how I should really start training myself, before the encouraging of others is on. I, then needed yet another goal. Because, as listed above, I'M JUST LIKE THAT - I went online looking for marathons, charities, etc...

*Shaking Head*

It's true, I am contemplating running in another marathon. I'm freaking insane and perhaps in need of a prescription, QUICK! That is before I sign up and commit myself to this crazy idea... crazy talk... crazy action.

Diabetes, Greece, November...

Obviously a list of the pros and cons are in order.

My mind, it's a powerful tool ;-)

WW!

PS. All Goddesses should visit Greece at least once in their lifetime, right?

Because I Am...

What I have found out about myself according to my junk mail folder is that I'm apparently a limp, on a lucky streak, lonely, in demand, wanted in the work field, married, consumer of great -amazing-fantastic offers, not smelly enough, woman in need of a Russian bride and sex chat with someone named Nicole, or was that Nikki, no I do believe it may have been Jennifer...

Anyhoo, you get it - I'm simply messed up!

My junk folder's mail for today:

  • Feel and Smell More
  • New Products - details inside
  • Russian Bride for you!
  • Married and Lonely (this time it was Nikki)
  • Please Confirm Receipt
  • Your New Job
  • Chat with Me
  • Wanna See My Pics

And yet I manage to just barely get by each day knowing there is so much more out there for me... *cheesy porn music*

Naw, I think I'm doing okay for now ;-)

Later Gator,

WW :)

My Gift To You and You and You and Yes, Even YOU!

Where oh where to begin...
Let's try here, with this book!

Author: Harlan Coben

Books: The Myron Bolitar Series

Where to Begin:

DEAL BREAKER - 1st Myron Bolitar Novel

DROP SHOT - 2nd Myron Bolitar Novel

FADE AWAY - 3rd Myron Bolitar Novel

BACK SPIN - 4th Myron Bolitar Novel

ONE FALSE MOVE - 5th Myron Bolitar Novel

THE FINAL DETAIL - 6th Myron Bolitar Novel

DARKEST FEAR - 7th Myron Bolitar Novel

LONG LOST - 8th Harlan’s new Myron Bolitar novel. Available March 31, 2009.

Type: Mystery/Comedy/Awesomeness ;-)

What to expect: Greatness, okay perhaps I'm a bit over the top. But seriously, I don't think I am. This series of reading material is just such a joy! A mystery. Lovable characters. Wit. Sarcasm. Intelligence with a quick humour aspect.

Myron is an ex-pro athlete, now sports agent. His favorite beverage is Yoo-Hoo. His best friends are an ex wrestler and psychotic friend whom I think I'm imaginarily (my word) in love with :) He is a mommy's boy. A man in his thirties, just figuring out who he is through his involvement in some pretty risky "murder/mystery/adventures".

I could never do the books justice, trust me, just this once, you will NOT be lead astray. Promise!

Comment: I have never read more than a few books from any said author, perhaps three tops the list. ALL these "Myron Bolitar" books were truly a fun imaginary trip beyond what I have ever expected in any author.

As I've mentioned before, I don't drink, smoke, do drugs, etc... reading is how I escape and regroup. I was recommended these books by no one less than, MY MOTHER. And reading the last book was almost like "coming clean". I knew it was the last book, at least until the end of March and I just didn't ever want it to end.

I have now begun a few light reads (yes, I seemingly am let down by other authors NOW), removing myself from my addiction to Harlan Coben's awesome wit and writings. I will require strength from you all. March just might be the longest month imaginable... Better stock up on chocolate!

Sigh.

I've been ruined for any other author... the shame, the guilt and pure adulterated ecstasy of finding such joy and hell, I'm not even menopausal yet! WOO HOO!

Out!

WW :)
