Setting Goals

Setting Goals!

This next fitness session is going to take place in the good ol' outdoors!

It's about getting moving, motivation, working on our cardio, and of course as the title suggests, "Setting Goals"
- Yessssssssss!

Mondays and Wednesdays:
The session will run from March 31st - June 11th 2008.
We will meet in front of the gym!

There will be as usual, three individual classes pertaining to different choices in goals.

Runners/Walking Shoes/Trainers: The most important thing is that your shoes are well cushioned and comfortable. Make sure they don't give you blisters or rub anywhere. Shoes are an investment into your healthy lifestyle!

The 9am Class: Focus on "Getting Moving". Walking is a great cardiovascular fitness routine. And as such, we will be setting out on adventures each Monday and Wednesday morning!
*You will need a good pair of outdoor walking/running shoes, a water bottle, and a smile!

Getting Moving: Many people start exercising to lose weight. Some people exercise as a means to quit smoking. Others have as their goals relieving stress, or finding some time for themselves.

The 12noon Class: "Speed It Up! " with a dash of spice ;) We will get those heart rates going and keep them there, allowing our bodies to efficiently burn those extra calories! No worries ladies, lunges and squats will not be forgotten in our blissful routine!
*Outdoor running/walking shoes, water bottle, and enthusiasm required!

Goal Setting: Motivation is important for all runners, but particularly so for beginners who have not yet had a chance to recognize the positive values of running, which are not always easy to explain or measure. Before you take your first steps, establish a goal. Do not give up until you reach that goal.

The 5pm Class: Is all about "Setting Goals". Don't think you can? I know you can. With this "Setting Goals" class we're going to learn about what it is YOU NEED in a fitness routine. We will begin very slowly, no one will ever be left behind. A buddy system will be in place and pretty much your legs do all the work for you - all you do is show up and continue to be amazed at how successful you've become!
*Please bring your outdoor running shoes, water bottle, and heavy breathing ;-P



Cost: $100.00 for the entire session!
*You may attend any/all the classes, one, twice, or as often as you want - per week!

Post dated cheques are, of course accepted!

Includes: A fancy dancy T-shirt, and many good - healthy - blissful - goddess like times!

Note: Punch Cards will not be sold during this session; however if you have a previously purchased 'Punch Card' and want to use it - do it! If you opt to pay for the $100.00 session and not use your 'Punch Card', please hold onto them as they're always valid! T-shirts purchases separate, for 'Punch Card' holders.
