Warning: It may be too strenuous for some.

The older we get the more important it is to incorporate exercise into our daily routine. This is necessary to maintain cardiovascular health and maintain muscle mass.

If you're over 60, you might want to take it easy at first, then do more repetitions as you become more proficient and build stamina. Warning: It may be too strenuous for some.

Always consult your doctor before starting any exercise program!

NOW SCROLL UP...

That's enough for the first day. Great job.

Have a chocolate!

Chocolate is good. And the exercise of lifting it up and chewing is also strenuous. I think I deserve another. :)

Hey WW.

Sorry about my x-Ex's comments about you on my blog. She is new to this whole blogging/commenting thing. She doesn't know you (like we do). And she has a snoot full.

Please forgive her and let it slide.

Thanks and merry Christmas to you and yours.

BTW, Chocolat counts as two servings of vegitables. Sugar and cocoa don't grow on cows.
