All kidding aside, sometimes it really is the right thing to say to someone. It captures the stupidity of their behaviour as no other words can at the moment.
Absolutely! You know, until they start wailing... YESSSSS!!! I AMMMMMM!!!" Then they start tearing down small buildings around them and crushing babies and kittens in their palms.
THEN you have to be afraid!
Or when you catch them eating paste,
Or when you notice window streaks - must be a window licker,
Or they drool uncontrollably,
Or if they wear a helmut, often,
Or they get on the short bus with a helmut,

I'm a fan of that unaddressed booger in their left nostril. And their ability to get upset at anything. Or to be amused by anything.
