Somewhat archaic, read "old fashioned", believes in opening doors and assisting women, not out of a sense of superiority, but because he had good brought ups. Sometimes crusty, but not an old man, and not too ill tempered, as I can rarely keep a smile off my face for more than 2 or 3 minutes...
