Top Five Reasons I'm Procrastinating Going to the Gym:
1 - Just old people will be there, which means...
2 - Bad music will be playing, which includes...
3 - Quiet bad music, not too beneficial for working out.
4 - I'm lazy.
5 - And unmotivated.

I run if people chase me.

Our apartment complex's gym is small enough that half the time you can't use any equipment worth using when you try to go work out, and we're too cheap right now to get a real gym membership. So...
